About this event

2021 Strategic Plan

Dream. Strengthen. Grow . Have your say.

The Queen’s University Faculty of Health Sciences in embarking on a strategic planning exercise to help craft a set of overarching strategic priorities that will guide the work of our three schools (Nursing, Rehabilitation and Medicine) and core programs for the next five years. In parallel, the Southeastern Ontario Academic Medical Association (SEAMO) will also be working on generating a strategic plan to align with FHS and key hospital and community partners.

Over the next few months we plan to bring together stakeholders from across the Queens FHS and SEAMO networks to give their insights about what we should focus our attention on as we plan for the future. Our consulting partners, The Potential Group, will be meeting with key committees across our schools and programs in the coming weeks. In addition, we will be hosting a number of open pollination sessions to invite anyone from across our networks of leaders, researchers, educators, learners, and key partners to share perspectives on current strengths and areas of opportunity.

We will be hosting a session with FHS and SEAMO faculty on two dates (you need only attend one of the dates). We would like to invite you to join this one hour, interactive online pollination session where we will get perspectives on some of the areas of greatest need and attention as we think about charting our future. If you can join us, please click SELECT A DATE to register.
